The Grafted Root Exhibit

The Grand Blanc Arts Council is pleased to announce a new exhibit venue! Beginning June 14, 2014 small artworks are on display at the new Grafted Root Eatery in the Coach Stop Plaza behind McDonalds, 12235 S. Saginaw in Grand Blanc.

The first exhibit features a sampling of watercolors painted by students in Joe Green’s class at the Grand Blanc Senior Center. Most of these watercolor enthusiasts and hobbyists have never exhibited their artwork before, so this is an opportunity for the public to enjoy their wonderful creations.

On display throughout the summer are watercolors by Margaret Carr, Frances Chapman, Dennnis Chestnut, Helen Glowski, and Pat Seitz.

Artists who are interested in exhibiting at the Grafted Root Eatery in the future should stop by to see the display space and leave their contact information with Michele Matthews. Hours are Tues – Thurs 9 - 4, Fri and Sat 9 – 9, Sun 9 – 7.
